Urban Ops is dedicated to providing safe, exciting, and immersive indoor close-quarters battle experiences, with a core focus on indoor close-quarters battle (CQB) combat. Unlike traditional outdoor Wargames, we center around highly realistic indoor environments, allowing players to experience extreme tension in close-range combat while ensuring safety throughout. The venue features diverse simulated environments such as rooms, lobbies, mazes, warehouses, dangerous storage areas, and prison cells, complemented by dynamic lighting, background music, and simulated smoke effects, fully enhancing the immersive gaming experience and allowing every player to deeply immerse themselves in the combat experience.
Convenient Experience Above the Subway
Unlike most competitors located in industrial centers with inconvenient transportation, Urban Ops is located on the 4th floor of Citylink Plaza, Shatin MTR station, making it a truly subway-connected venue—directly accessible by MTR, just steps from the exit, eliminating the need for long-distance travel. Even more conveniently, Citylink Plaza is directly connected to New Town Plaza, a core landmark in Shatin, surrounded by dozens of restaurants with different flavors, well-known brand stores, and cinemas. Players can directly enjoy shopping and dining after the game, achieving a one-stop “game + leisure” experience. In addition, domestic tourists can take the East Rail Line directly to Shatin Station without transferring, making cross-border experiences seamless.

Urban Ops is also deeply involved in team experience services, tailoring one-day or half-day teamwork and leadership training courses (Team Building) for major enterprises, community centers, youth centers, and schools. Through carefully designed CQB combat missions, participants are guided to understand themselves, discover potential leadership qualities, and enhance their self-confidence and ability to cope with challenges through interaction; at the same time, through group collaboration tasks, members’ effective communication skills, group organization and coordination skills, and emergency crisis handling abilities are exercised, allowing the spirit of teamwork to be deepened in practice.

We also pay attention to children’s gaming experiences, and have specially introduced the safe and worry-free Jelly Gun toy combat project, designed for children aged 6 to 10. Under the guidance of professional instructors, they can experience fun combat that combines safety and interactive fun. Since the brand was established, we have launched a special birthday party service, where children can spend unforgettable moments at Urban Ops—not only can they experience exclusive Jelly Gun toy combat, but they can also match the venue scene layout to create a unique themed birthday party, making every birthday full of laughter and commemorative significance.
